We're on the search for someone with a proven telesales and telemarketing background, who's ready to step in and assist with our business growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual with a proven Telesales / Telemarketing background.
Due to the nature of our target client base, a professional, confident and courteous telephone manner is a must. Previous experience of selling to Law Firms or Accountancies is preferable although not essential.
You should possess strong IT skills and be experienced with Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience of SAGE CRM is desirable although full training will be provided. You will be joining a very well established and growing organisation within the Records Management industry.
The purpose of the role is to increase brand awareness, lead generation, market research, competitor analysis, maintain a CRM system and to arrange qualified meetings for the Sales Manager to attend. The successful candidate will assist with the business growth strategies and have a direct influence on the company's success.
Reporting to the Sales Manager and working closely with the Operations Team, your role will include:

You will be contracted by The Maltings Document Storage Solutions but will also sell services for Maltings Secure Shredding.
35 hours per week (Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm)
*Please note, you may be required to work additional hours from time to time – usually when attending ad hoc business events with the Sales Team.
